Information

I Know my post is late but I was away all weekend. I am checking in this Tuesday night to share a few thoughts I had over the weekend.

As I enjoyed the long weekend, I had to take time to remember the brave men and women who made the sacrifice to serve our country so we can be free. to enjoy the long weekends with our families and friends.

As we honor the fallen, it is important to hold space for the living: our veterans, active-duty military members and the families of those who serve. Let us not forget many of these men and women carry unseen wounds.

Mental Health matters every day, but especially on days where there is a heavy focus on those we have lost.  The grief, Survivor's guilt, PTSD, and the quiet weight of of remembrance can be heavy. Please remember if you're not alone. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
