Back, Better and More Real Than Ever

Hello everyone! For those of you still here, thank you so much for sticking around. I know my lack of posting over the last few months has been noticeable, and I truly apologize for going dark without any notice. The truth is, I found myself burned out. Despite how much I adore blogging, my store, my job, and my wonderful family life, I'd fallen into a deep, unsettling state of numbness. Instead of letting it overwhelm me, I chose to step back, shifting my focus completely to my family and my own self-care. 

 

I am glad to be back on my platform, where I intend to get better at posting. Balance is something I have been focusing on a lot lately, so I know sometimes other priorities come first, especially my own mental health. With the arrival of cooler months and the fall rains, winter's first snow is just around the corner. This is the atmosphere I cherish, finding comfort and peace as I nestle on the couch, surrounded by the warmth of my furbabies, ready to pour out whatever thoughts and feelings reside in my heart onto these digital pages.

 

I encourage you to become an active part of this community by sending me your suggestions, topics, and ideas. My joy comes from researching, sharing my insights, and creating content that truly speaks to and from experiences. I want this to be a space where you feel comfortable reaching out. Whether you're grappling with difficulties, savoring a victory, facing mental health struggles, navigating a relapse, or celebrating a recovery milestone – I'm here to listen. I want to be a support, an advisor, a friend, or even just an empathetic ear. By healing out loud, we show others that they do not have to suffer in silence.
